закон Грэмма-Радмена-Холлингса (Закон о сбалансировании бюджетного дефицита)Принят в 1985. Установил максимальный годовой бюджетный дефицит на 1986-1991 гг. по принципу прогрессирующего сокращения дефицита до нуля в 1991 (к 1988 дата была перенесена на 1993). В случае превышения установленного лимита в какой-либо финансовый год закон предусматривает резкое сокращение федеральных затрат до требуемого уровня.
